Corporate and workplace yoga classes

Private sessions are the traditional and best way to learn yoga. 

After an initial assessment you will be guided through a set sequence of yoga asanas to address your individual needs.  

Private yoga sessions are the ideal way to recover from injury, illness or surgery.  

In addition to yoga asana, depending your your situation you may also be given Chi Gong, breathing and meditation exercises.
